I created this oil with the intention of honing in the magical properties of Ruta Graveolens, native to the Mediterranean, commonly known as Rue or herb-of-grace. Rue can either be feminine or masculine, which in my opinion makes this beautiful herb so powerful. Rue's magical properties vary widely, and one of them is its ability to protect: carrying a bit of this plant with you, or wearing an infused oil is thought to create a protective energy field around the person. Protection against envy, jealousy, obsession and Mal De Ojo (evil eye). As far as attracting energy goes, it is also believed to have the capacity to attract positive people, especially in friendship and love. 
Rue also helps to fight stress and aids the central nervous system in staying relaxed and under control.
This oil can also be used in protection magic, can be used to concentrate talismans, wards, jars, etc
